Delivery & Installation
Delivery and Installation charges are based on hook-up to existing compatible connections and required pre-measured cutout space. Our delivery and installation team does not perform electric, plumbing, cabinet or floor modifications.
Scheduling & Time Frames
The delivery driver will call customers the morning of delivery and give an ESTIMATED 2-hour time frame for delivery that day.

Our knowledgeable experts will assure that your new/new to you products arrive safely and are installed properly. The new/new to you appliance will be tested to make sure it works correctly and all packing materials will be removed from your home. Any questions or needs you may have will be handled promptly and professionally.
Professional installation is recommended on certain products, and in some cases necessary to ensure warranty protection coverage. Our sales representative can help you decide which installation options are best for you.
How to Prepare for Your Delivery
1. Must have someone 18 years of age or older to accept & sign off on delivery.
2. Ensure doorways, hallways and stairways are wide enough to accommodate delivery.
3. Double check measurements to make sure your new appliance will fit in designated area.
4. Ensure all water and gas valves /connections must be corrosion free.
5. Secure pets.
What We Can't Do
Our installers are not licensed plumbers, electricians or carpenters. While every effort to complete your delivery or installation will be made, there are some things that our installers cannot do:
- Connect appliances through floors or old duct work.
- Move any of your furniture, electronics or any personal items eg., food in refrigerators.
- Remove appliances from your home with infestations of any sort.
- Out of scope work *Some out of scope work can be done provided a release of a liability is signed
